Do I need to purchase a Training Design Starter Kit for each team member or can I use it across my entire team?
The Starter Kit includes a single-user license and is not intended to be shared. Each purchase includes a physical Training Design Deck shipped directly to you. Additional Starter Kits can be purchased for other members of your team.
What is the Training Design Deck?
The Training Design Deck is a physical card deck that guides you through exercises you can use in any training environment. It includes three types of exercises: “Launch Strong” to build early momentum toward your training goal, “Train Strong” to help people apply the key concepts of your training, and “Finish Strong” to strengthen motivation and follow-through after the training ends.
What is the Session Builder?
The Session Builder is an editable template with built-in formulas to help you design organized, structured training sessions.
