The Starter Kit includes the Training Design Deck with three categories of cards: Launch Strong, Train Strong, and Finish Strong. Each card offers a practical activity you can use in your training environments to help learners connect with the core competency, build toward it throughout the experience, and carry it with them beyond the training room.
