Honestly, our team was not looking forward to two 4-hour Zoom sessions. We were kind of dreading it! We all know what it’s like to sit and listen to a consultant drone on for hours on end. This was nothing like that.

The Clarity House team led us in sessions that were fast-paced, engaging, and highly interactive. Not only did we come away with valuable insights, we had a lot of fun, too! From group discussions, breakouts, and content from multiple communicators, Clarity House has crafted an incredible process that we highly recommend.

The process of developing a picture of our Dream Disciple was not only clarifying for our leadership but captured the essence of our congregation that created a collective hope that was attainable not just aspirational.

Through questions, exercises, and input, Dave Rhodes prodded, guided, and inspired us to restate our mission, values, metrics, and strategy to lead our church in our passionate pursuit of every man, woman, and child. Already our church is uniting around a refreshed commitment to our long standing vision.

Shane and Dave have given me clarity, a roadmap, and tools as I replant a legacy church. They don’t just give information, but train you how to use the tools they provide. Their investment has helped provide River City Church with the opportunity for a bright future.

I was a pastor of a growing ministry, but I was overwhelmed by managing programs and people. I also was haunted by the question, is all of this really producing any disciples?
