The Training Design Lab has moved our team from the information-heavy style we were comfortable with to a learner-centered and experience-rich training style that increases participation and produces real-life change. In 2 days with Clarity House, we built a course that we’re confident in and now have a repeatable pattern to design future training. The tools we gained were easy to implement and are already shaping every learning environment in our church.
