The Training Design Lab was different from any other training I had been a part of because it incorporated true hands-on learning. I have fresh confidence that our leader training will no longer be clunky or poorly structured, but organized and set up for success. There is so much value in having a structure and tools that can be implemented so quickly into any training process.
