The Training Design Starter Kit far exceeded my expectations—the Training Design Deck alone is something I’ll reference again and again. I’ve already used the Session Builder to design three training sessions. The insights from the course were just as valuable as the resources themselves, from focusing on one competency at a time and defining skills in plain language, to the reminder that a strong launch is not merely about warming up the room but warming people to the ‘why.’ I want others on my team to get this.
