Who is the Dream Disciple Accelerator Certification for?
The certification is designed primarily for denomination and network leaders who want to increase the disciple-multiplying effectiveness of churches across their network.
Local church pastors who want to guide their own teams through the Dream Disciple Accelerator are also welcome.
Is this just another discipleship program?
No—it’s not a program at all. We know that most churches already have plenty of disciple-multiplying programs and curriculum.
The Dream Disciple Accelerator addresses a foundational, church-wide question: What kind of disciples of Jesus are we called to train up? This hands-on, collaborative workshop gets the whole leadership team on the same page about what disciple-multiplying success looks like in their unique context.
That shared picture then becomes a new scoreboard of success, helping the church determine the teaching, training, and relational environments needed to multiply their “Dream Disciple.”
What will I be equipped to do after certification?
You’ll be equipped to guide a church team of 5–8 people through an engaging, collaborative process, aligning them around a shared vision for disciple-multiplying success.
How long does it take to guide a church team through the Dream Disciple Accelerator?
The Accelerator is designed to be an 8-hour experience. We recommend dividing it into two 4-hour sessions to give the team you’re leading time to work thoughtfully through the process.
Once certified, you’ll get ongoing access to all the tools and resources you’ll need to promote and facilitate the Dream Disciple Accelerator experience, including sample schedules to help you plan future Accelerators.
What does it cost to lead a church through the Dream Disciple Accelerator?
Beyond your annual content license and participant workbooks, you won’t be charged any additional fees or royalties when you lead a church through the Dream Disciple Accelerator experience.
Once certified, you’ll also be able to purchase additional participant workbooks for $27 each, sold in bundles of 10 for $270.
How does the annual content license work?
The annual content license gives you ongoing access to all the tools and resources you’ll need to promote and facilitate the Dream Disciple Accelerator experience with the churches in your network.
Each certified leader will be invoiced a $120 renewal fee once a year.
Is there anything I need to complete before my certification date?
Yes. Before attending, you’ll be expected to watch a few short videos, read a brief ebook, and complete an introductory exercise.
This preparation will help you make the most of the hands-on certification experience.
